We understand that our clients furnish private information to our company during the course of the year, and we are committed to treating such information responsibly. We know that our clients expect privacy and security of their personal and financial affairs.
At Tercet Capital, the appropriate steps have been taken and will continue to be taken to safeguard private information that has been entrusted to us by our Distributors and clients. The use of client information by Tercet Capital is needed to help us serve you better.
Client information provided to Tercet Capital shall be treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to unaffiliated third parties (or unaffiliated parties) except as permitted by clients through written authorization.
The following privacy policy and disclosure outlines our practice regarding personally identifiable financial information (or "nonpublic personal information") for clients and new pending clients.
USE OF INFORMATION
We use personal information in ways that are compatible with the purposes for which it was originally requested. For example, we will use the information you provide to allow Investment Professional's to develop investment strategies for you utilizing our methodology and maintain a record of the various investment strategies that have been presented to you. Tercet Capital will collect and use personal information to evaluate your accounts on an annual basis in order to make recommendations regarding your investments and annual income. This may include advising you or your Investment Professional about recommended changes to your accounts to better serve you and your needs.

Tercet Employees
At Tercet Capital, employees are limited in the access they have to information about you as to what is necessary to complete their responsibilities, to serve your financial needs and to administer your accounts. Employees of Tercet Capital are reminded regularly of their obligations for using client information. Failure to adhere to these policies will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination in appropriate cases.
Information Collection
At Tercet Capital, the information that is collected, retained and used is for the sole purpose of serving your financial needs and administering your accounts. Information collected by your Investment Professional is administered through our online system or other forms such as data transmissions.
INFORMATION SHARING
Information about both new and existing clients may only be shared with your Investment Professional and only to provide information that will better serve you and your investment needs.
You should also be aware that there may be occasions where we are legally required to disclose information about you, such as in response to a subpoena, to prevent fraud, or to comply with a legally permitted inquiry by a governmental agency or federal regulator. We will not disclose any nonpublic personal information about you to any third parties, except as required by law or regulation.
Security Standards
Keeping financial information secure is one of our most important responsibilities. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect client information. Our employees are authorized to access client information for business purposes only. Our employees are bound by our Code of Ethics and Business Conduct that requires confidential treatment of client information and are subject to disciplinary action, including termination in appropriate cases if they fail to follow this code.
ACCURACY AND RIGHT TO CORRECT
Your Account Information
We continually strive to maintain complete and accurate information about you and your accounts. At anytime should you believe that our records contain inaccurate or incomplete information, please notify your Investment Professional. In conjunction with your Investment Professional we will investigate your concerns and correct any inaccuracies.
OUR PROMISE
Tercet Capital does not sell or share any client information with marketers or any other outside organizations. You do not need to take any action for Tercet Capital to deliver on this promise.
